Implementing a project for the Freetown City Council and the Environmental Foundation for Africa, Green Scenery is planting around 35,000 trees on the Freetown Peninsula. The hilly areas of Angola Town and Mambo Waterfall have been targeted by Green Scenery. Mambo Waterfall, a beautiful but sadly partly deforested area has become an attraction for tourists and locals on the end of the rain season. 28 Youths worked together with Green Scenery and planted 5,000 mango trees and over 10,000 forest trees.
