Large Scale Land Investments in Sierra Leone: Opportunities and Challenges.
This paper aims to map out the opportunities and challenges of large-scale land investment in Sierra Leone and makes recommendations to policy makers and donors on what measures they need to put in place to ensure that FDI benefits the nation and its people. It is based on the findings of the first ever land owners and users conference held in Freetown 2-3 April 2012.
